Since commitment is best developed in adversity, do not come to a point in your leadership where you dock your ship in the harbor and decided to take a break. In our context, it may be making decisions like eg. "How about we stop outreach for just a lil while and lay the foundations properly first" Why is that so? Foundations can never be fully grasp even in stormy waves, let alone in thy still winds. Have some takeaway food in your storehouse, set sail and head towards the next destination.
