And we came to this conclusion; There are many forms of churches, rituals, traditions practiced as a form of Christianity all over the world yet irony states that we are serving the same God. However the crude truth says that God does NOT judge our lifes with the comparision of human's understanding of those but what the Bible says. Entirely. Simply because God is not fair but just. Which in turn, give us sufficent reason to pursue greater level of understanding of his heart and the word. I do understand the fact that it is virtually impossible for us to grasp the principles of the Bible fully, not to mention matching up to the way we live, with it. [one of the reasons why we have a need for Jesus]

However as impossible as it might seem, I would still give myself for it, in obedience. For my certainty tells me that what I understand in this book is more than enough to cover for what I do not know and cannot comprehend.

And because, it had never failed me once and I am changed. Tremendously.

Looking back (:

Christian faith to me four years ago was colouring Jesus in blue, pushing sunday school teachers to run out of classrooms crying. Someone asked me recently, "why do you want to serve God?" Many questions crossed my mind before, purpose of righteous life, leading my ministry, but not this. Took me sometime again, to bring myself back to this reason; God's undefined Grace. When I put my struggles, weaknesses and failures beside God's grace, the distance can never be fully comprehend. I once again thank him for "picking a 5cent coin full of shit from a toilet bowl, washing it and putting it in his pocket" -Joyce Tan, illustration might be funny, but not a single bit that is untrue.

Let the good works he had done; happened yesterday be the reason why I trust him today. I feel so loved by my saviour. Happy early valentine to Jesus.

Raytracing. Where does it come from?

Many thrive to be a "salt and light", but I honestly question their end point. To ace in studies, or by any chance faring well in CCA or maybe not missing out a single tick in attendance column? All these things are essential to captivate audience's attention, steps to direct people to view you from a different light; but apart from the contrast they identify in your life, can they actually perceive that Jesus and the church of God is the main tailor behind the scenes of these cutting edges? It will never happen, till and unless you find a heart of courage, which then compels deliberate efforts. Verbally or not, I believe it can be done. Do not be simply contented and slow your pace after being a light, that's very nice but sincerely useless, not to mention, straying away from the road to becoming a redemptive church we were once called to be; Truth is sometimes people's eyes are already bright enough to see the light, they just need someone to tell them where the source of thy light is.
Time to give the glory back to him.
